Standard limited warranty

Original Fly-Fin products are covered against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship for one year from delivery.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, has missing parts or fails because of a manufacturing defect, contact service@fly-fin.com for a priority replacement or full refund.

What the standard warranty excludes

Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, anodization fading, accidental drops, line-jam over-torquing and unauthorized disassembly are excluded from standard manufacturing coverage.

Returns

Non-defective delivered sales are final under our cross-border final-sale policy. We do not accept discretionary change-of-mind returns for delivered items. This does not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Optional protection for functional damage

The Guardian Service costs US$60. It activates 90 days after delivery and then provides 24 months of protection. During that active period, functional damage qualifies for replacement under the plan, with no return required. An unused term converts to US$60 store credit.

Care keeps the feel consistent

Keep the reel clean and dry after use. Pay particular attention to routine bearing care. Use bearing-appropriate lubricant recommended in the manual, such as suitable WD-40 products or fishing-reel lubricant. A protective film helps limit rust and corrosion. Use sparingly and follow the lubricant manufacturer’s directions.
